What  When buying a license you have to consider the following:
With the purchase, the licensee (i.e. YOU)  only the rights of use defined below.
The buyer only acquires the right to use the photographic copyright. Any other rights affected, such as those of persons depicted, trademarks, works of art, buildings, etc., must be clarified and obtained by the buyer on his own responsibility for the intended purpose. Further uses must be purchased separately.

Thumbnails
The free preview images do not include any right of use. An exception to this is use in drafts with a view to purchasing an image.

web image  

• The web image is purchased in size 1200px x860px @72dpi and without any watermarks, as a "web image" for larger web applications or for presentations.

• Purpose of use:
  Use in presentations or on the website, including distribution within this presentation in electronic or individually printed form. Use in print media and other traditional printed matter (brochures, posters, etc.) is prohibited. Multiple use within the same company is permitted. The use for different applications (e.g. several projects in the sense of individual customer orders) is not permitted. In this case, the picture must be purchased several times.

• Resale:
  Resale or redistribution of an image is not permitted. Excluded is the transfer as part of a larger work.

• Non-exclusivity:
  The buyer does not exclusively acquire the rights of use for the web image.

print image

• The print image is purchased in the standard original data size of 6000px x4000px @300dpi and without any watermarks in optimal print quality.

• Purpose of use:
  Use for all media is permitted (e.g. printed matter, magazines, web, presentations). Multiple use within the same company is permitted. The use for different applications (e.g. several projects in the sense of individual customer orders) is not permitted. In this case, the picture must be purchased several times.

• Resale:
  Resale or redistribution of an image is not permitted. Excluded is the transfer as part of a larger work.

• Non-exclusivity:
  The buyer does not exclusively acquire the rights of use for the print image.

Buy&Away image
The transfer of the rights of use in the standard original data size 6000px x4000px @300dpi and without any watermarks is exclusive.
The buyer acquires the unrestricted right of use for himself or for third parties according to his specifications. Any rights of use that were sold at an earlier point in time remain in effect. traumlinse.ch undertakes not to grant any further rights of use.
This licensing involves an individual price agreement.
